GROUND COFFEE BREWING INSTRUCTION
For Phin Filter (Vietnamese Slow Drip)

- Boil 4oz water to 200°F.
- Add 2 tablespoons of ground coffee to the phin. Lightly shake to level.
- Tighten the gravity press until light resistance, then loosen ¼ turn.
- Add half the water, let bloom for 45 sec.
- Slowly add remaining water. Brew time ~5 min.
For Espresso Machine
Use 5g of ground coffee for a strong, rich shot.

Grind Guide
- Phin Filter – Medium-coarse grind (like sea salt) for a slow, rich extraction.
- Espresso – Fine grind (like powdered sugar) for a bold, concentrated shot.
- Drip Coffee / Pour Over – Medium grind (like sand) for a smooth, balanced cup.
- French Press – Coarse grind (like breadcrumbs) for a full-bodied brew.
