FifthSip began as a small idea in New York City — shaped by long days, short breaks, and the quiet comfort of a really good cup of coffee. Inspired by Vietnamese coffee culture and built for the rhythm of the city, we focused on doing a few things well: quality, balance, and care.

What started as a passion has grown into a place for daily rituals, familiar faces, and moments of pause in the middle of the noise.
